Anna Dorhout, MD

Anna Dorhout, MD is a family medicine physician who values the unique relationships built through continuity of care. She considers it a true privilege to care for individuals and entire families through every stage of life. Originally from Omaha, she earned her degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, followed by her Medical Degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Dr. Dorhout and her husband, Hunter, have long felt at home in Lincoln, where they enjoy being close to their families in Nebraska and Iowa. She knew she had found the right fit when she connected instantly with the residents and staff at LMEP. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Dorhout enjoys staying active through walking, running, and working out. She’s also a fan of concerts, puzzles, and curling up with a good fantasy or romance novel.
